Role Description

We are hiring a Monetization Executive for a full-time, on-site role. The ideal candidate will have 6 months to 2 years of experience in game monetization, digital marketing, product analytics, or a related field. The candidate will be responsible for analyzing player behavior, optimizing monetization strategies, and supporting revenue growth across our mobile gaming portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze in-game monetization performance, including ad revenue, in-app purchases (IAPs), and player spending behavior.
  • Assist in developing and implementing monetization strategies to maximize revenue while maintaining a positive player experience.
  • Collaborate with Product, ASO, UA, and Game Design teams to identify monetization opportunities.
  • Conduct competitor research and market analysis to identify industry trends and best practices.
  • Support the setup, monitoring, and optimization of ad mediation platforms and ad placements.
  • Analyze player behavior and provide actionable recommendations to improve monetization performance.
  • Assist in A/B testing of offers, pricing strategies, ad placements, and in-game events.
  • Prepare regular reports and dashboards to communicate monetization performance and insights.
  • Stay up to date with mobile gaming and ad monetization.


Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree is mandatory. Preference will be given to candidates with a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 6 months to 2 years of experience in Monetization, Digital Marketing, Product Analytics, Mobile Gaming, or a related role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good understanding of mobile gaming business models, in-app purchases, and ad monetization.
  • Familiarity with Excel, Google Sheets, and data analysis techniques.
  • Knowledge of mobile advertising networks, ad mediation platforms, and monetization metrics will be a plus.
  • Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Passion for mobile games and understanding of player behavior.
