The Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer — Ads & Social Media who specializes in social media content and advertising creatives and has a strong understanding of digital marketing design. This is not just a general graphic design role. You’ll be responsible for creating visuals that are not only aesthetically strong but also support marketing objectives, communicate clearly, and drive engagement and conversions. You should have strong design fundamentals, experience creating social media and paid advertising creatives, and be comfortable working closely with marketing and ads teams to develop creative concepts and variations.

 What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

• Create engaging social media posts, carousels, stories, and reels
• Design high-performing Meta/Facebook & Instagram ad creatives
• Create creative variations for A/B testing
• Work closely with Marketing & Ads teams
• Maintain brand consistency across projects
• Stay updated with social media and design trends

Your Toolkit (Requirements)

• 2-3 Years of Experience
• You have a portfolio showing actual social media work (personal projects count if they are high quality).
• Strong graphic design fundamentals and visual sense
• Experience designing social media & paid ad creatives
• Figma — mandatory
• Strong portfolio with relevant social media and ad work
• Good communication and ability to work with deadlines
• Understanding of marketing-focused and conversion-driven design

AI Skills

Must be comfortable using:

• ChatGPT
• Google Gemini
• Claude
• Experience with other AI design/image tools is a plus.

Bonus Skills

• Video editing / Reels

Soft Skills:

Problem-Solving, Communication, Flexibility, Creativity, Ownership, Creativity.

Salary range: 120,000 PKR - 180,000 PKR per month

Please note that the salary is tied to the United States Dollar (USD), meaning that as the USD increases, the salary will increase proportionally.

Location: DHA Phase 6 Sector C. Full Time Onsite
