Our client The Bank of Punjab (BOP) is looking for a Head of Commercial Banking Division in Lahore

Location: Lahore

Job Responsibilities

:

• Develop the Commercial Banking Division business plan in line with the Bank’s business objectives.
• Implement business plans and strategies to grow funded and non-funded business.
• Identify business opportunities, structure proposals, negotiate terms, and determine security arrangements.
• Establish new relationships and strengthen and deepen relationships with existing customers.
• Ensure achievement of financial and non-financial objectives.
• Maintain credit discipline in line with the Bank’s policies and procedures.
• Monitor compliance with SBP regulations and PRs.
• Ensure development of staff for their professional grooming and career growth/capacity building.
  
  

Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s or equivalent degree from an HEC recognized local/foreign university.

Experience: Minimum 12 years of experience. Preference will be given to candidates having 5 years of relevant banking experience.

Age: Up to 55 years as of July 9th, 2026.
