About the role:
We are seeking an experienced Hiring Manager to join our on-site recruitment team. You'll lead end-to-end hiring for international clients, manage complex recruitment projects, mentor junior recruiters, and consistently deliver high-quality placements across multiple industries.

Working Hours: 3 apm - 12 am PKT
Holidays: Local
Salary: PKR 90,000 + USD-Pegged Uncapped Commission per Successful Placement

What you’ll be doing:
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for international clients.
- Source and engage top-tier professionals across multiple industries.
- Conduct structured interviews and candidate assessments.
- Manage multiple priority vacancies simultaneously.
- Build talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
- Partner with the client success manager to understand hiring requirements.
- Mentor junior recruiters and support team development.
- Improve recruitment processes and hiring efficiency.
- Maintain ATS records and recruitment reports.
- Achieve placement and revenue targets.
- 4–5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
- Proven success hiring across multiple industries.
- Strong expertise in sourcing passive candidates.
- Experience managing client relationships.
- Excellent interviewing and negotiation skills.
- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
- Experience with ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Outstanding communication skills.
- Comfortable working hybrid in Karachi.
