Our client Hightech Solutions is hiring a HR Executive in Lahore.

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of human resource functions, demonstrate professionalism, and possess the ability to manage multiple HR operations effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment processes including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and hiring.
- Coordinate onboarding and training programs for new employees.
- Oversee employee relations, ensuring a positive work environment and handling any issues that arise.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Support the performance management process including monitoring and reviewing employees’ progress.
- Handle employee queries and respond to HR-related correspondence.
- Coordinate benefits administration and employee wellness programs.
- Support organizational change initiatives and culture transformation efforts.

Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience working in a human resources role.
- Strong understanding of HR functions and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Problem-solving aptitude and strong organizational skills.
- Experience with HR software and tools.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Professional HR certification (such as PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
