Key Responsibilities
- Assist with HR documentation, data management, and employee records.
- Support recruitment coordination, scheduling, and onboarding activities.
- Communicate with the management team and ensure timely HR updates.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in handling employee information.
- Perform general administrative duties and provide operational support.
- Master or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Supply chanin, Marketing in Business Administration, or a related field
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities.
- Quick learner with a proactive and positive attitude.
- Comfortable working night shifts and independently managing on-site responsibilities.
