We are seeking a Senior AI Engineer to join our team and help us develop innovative solutions using artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies. As an AI Engineer, you will be acting as an AI Team Lead, designing, building, testing and deploying AI-based systems that can automate and optimize business processes
Responsibilities:

• Provide technical guidance and leadership to a team of AI engineers, data scientists, and developers. Define the technical vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI projects.
• Attend client interviews and provide the best advice and solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into AI solution designs. Identify the most suitable AI algorithms, models, and frameworks for each project.
• Lead the development and implementation of AI solutions, ensuring high-quality code, scalability, and reliability. Take ownership of the technical architecture, code review processes, and deployment strategies.
• Work closely with data engineers and data scientists to ensure proper data collection, storage, and preprocessing for AI projects. Ensure adherence to data privacy and security standards.
• Identify performance bottlenecks and optimize AI models and algorithms for efficiency and accuracy.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, best practices, and guidelines for AI development. Conduct knowledge sharing sessions and mentor junior team members.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI technologies, tools, and frameworks. Identify opportunities for innovation and research to improve existing AI capabilities.

Required Skills:

• Understanding of functional design principles, object-oriented programming principles, and basic algorithms.
• Ability to work on a dynamic, research-oriented team that has concurrent projects
• At least 2 years of experience in formulating and strategizing AI solutions and data modeling.
• Advanced experience in pattern recognition and predictive modeling.
• Expertise in Machine Learning, Deep learning for Natural Language Processing & Computer Vision, and hands on experience with Open AI and HuggingFace Models in Python
• Extensive knowledge of AI frameworks, libraries, data structures, data training, data modeling, and model deployment architecture.
• Expertise in REST API development.
• Implement MLOps best practices for model management, monitoring, and deployment.
• Familiarity with Cloud services, i.e AWS, Google Cloud, etc.
• knowledge of Machine Learning frameworks like TensorFlow,PyTorch and Scikit-learn.
• Programming experience in one or more of the following languages, such as Python and R.
