Role Description The JR. Affiliate Manager (TikTok Shop) is a full-time remote role responsible for supporting and growing affiliate partnerships within the TikTok Shop ecosystem. Day-to-day tasks include identifying potential creators and affiliates, assisting in onboarding and managing affiliate accounts, and coordinating campaigns to promote products through TikTok content. The role involves tracking performance metrics, preparing basic reports, and communicating with affiliates to provide guidance, resolve issues, and encourage engagement. This position also supports online marketing and sales initiatives by collaborating with internal teams to optimize offers, improve conversions, and maintain brand alignment across TikTok Shop activities.
Qualifications

• Candidate should possess skills in Affiliate Management and Account Management to support, nurture, and grow TikTok Shop affiliate relationships.
• Candidate should possess strong Communication skills to interact clearly with affiliates, internal teams, and stakeholders through written and verbal channels.
• Candidate should possess Sales and Online Marketing skills to help drive product visibility, optimize campaigns, and support revenue growth on TikTok Shop.
• Basic understanding of TikTok as a platform, including trends, content formats, and creator ecosystems, is beneficial.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple affiliate accounts and tasks in a remote environment.
• Comfort working with data and simple performance reports; experience with affiliate or e-commerce dashboards is a plus.
• Prior experience in affiliate marketing, social media marketing, or e-commerce is an advantage but not strictly required for junior candidates.
• Relevant education in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
