Details

Trucare is seeking a Lead AI Solution Engineer (LMTS) to join its AI Dev Tools & Solutions team in Rawalpindi. The ideal candidate will architect and deploy AI-driven automation tools that enhance developer productivity, software delivery, and scalability. As a technical leader, you will design and manage Model Context Protocol (MCP) systems, orchestrate multi-agent workflows, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) through intelligent automation.

Responsibilities

AI Infrastructure & Automation

• Architect and implement agentic AI solutions to automate development workflows.
• Manage the setup, configuration, and scaling of MCP servers and clients.
• Ensure AI systems maintain compliance, security, explainability, and ethical standards.
  
  

AI-Driven SDLC Transformation

• Integrate AI-powered features into the SDLC to enhance code quality and productivity.
• Define standards for prompt engineering in AI-assisted development tools.
• Evaluate and integrate emerging AI technologies aligned with responsible AI principles.
• Manage and optimize tools like Bitbucket, SonarQube, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and Azure DevOps.
  
  

Engineering Excellence & Best Practices

• Lead code reviews and ensure adherence to high-quality, scalable, and secure code standards.
• Make architectural decisions with a focus on performance and maintainability.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and integrate security best practices.
  
  

Innovation & Continuous Improvement

• Champion AI automation in developer workflows using multi-agent systems and AI copilots.
• Drive adoption of next-generation AI tooling to continuously improve developer experience.
  
  

Requirements

• Proven experience in building and deploying agentic AI solutions for workflow automation.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Java, TypeScript/JavaScript.
• Expertise in LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI-assisted development.
• Experience with MCP servers and clients setup and management.
• Understanding of DevOps practices, DORA metrics, and developer productivity tooling.
• Familiarity with Windsurf or similar AI code editors is a strong plus.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
