About The Company

Keka is a modern people platform for growing enterprises. HR, payroll and talent live in one core system, so teams spend less time on admin and more time on their people. More than 12,500 companies trust Keka, from fast-growing small businesses to large enterprises and global companies with teams across borders.

We build software the way HR actually works. It feels human, sets up in days instead of months, and has AI built into every part of HR. With customers across India, the US and the Middle East, our Product team is growing fast to keep up. That is where this role comes in.

About The Role

As a Lead Product Marketing Manager at Keka, you’ll own Keka’s product narrative and ensure the market understands the product through a sharp, differentiated story. You’ll work closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, and CX to strengthen positioning, govern launch quality, and ground commercial conversations in compelling customer value.

In your first year, success means establishing a clear positioning and messaging architecture across Keka’s product portfolio and driving high-quality, high-impact product launches that improve commercial outcomes.

You’ll join the Product team, which owns Keka’s market positioning, product narrative, launch governance, analyst relations, and customer insight programs. The team works at the intersection of strategy and execution, partnering deeply with product and go-to-market teams.

What you'll do

  • Own Keka’s product narrative end to end, from market, customer, and competitive research to positioning, messaging, and commercial enablement.
  • Lead the definition of positioning and messaging architecture across the Keka product portfolio.
  • Author category-level POV papers and research reports to shape how the market understands Keka.
  • Partner with Sales and GTM teams to build effective sales motions and translate product capabilities into compelling customer value propositions.
  • Drive high-impact product launches and govern launch quality across the team.
  • Build structured programs to capture and amplify the voice of the customer.
  • Drive analyst relations to build credibility and strengthen Keka’s market positioning.
  • Lead critical projects such as pricing and packaging changes, using strong analytical and commercial judgment.

What you'll bring

  • 9 to 15 years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience.
  • Hands-on experience in enterprise or mid-market SaaS, with ownership of positioning, launch governance, or analyst engagement at meaningful scale.
  • A track record of turning product capabilities into differentiated customer value propositions and driving successful launches.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, including the ability to write crisp executive narratives and interpret win/loss data.
  • Proven ability to influence and manage senior stakeholders across Product, Sales, and CX without relying on hierarchy.
  • Experience with or strong working knowledge of analyst relations is a plus.
  • HRMS or HCM domain background is a plus, though not required.
  • Willingness to work from the Bengaluru or Hyderabad office three days a week.
