Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute LinkedIn lead generation strategies to identify and attract potential clients.
- Build and manage a professional network of target prospects using LinkedIn tools and features.
- Craft personalized messaging and lead outreach campaigns to increase engagement.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with overall business goals.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to optimize results.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, contacts, and interactions within CRM systems.
- Stay up-to-date with LinkedIn marketing trends and best practices to continuously improve strategies.
- Report on key metrics and performance data to stakeholders regularly.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in lead generation, preferably using LinkedIn.
- Proven track record of generating high-quality leads and improving lead generation metrics.
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn’s platform, including Sales Navigator and other related tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
- Strong analytical skills for assessing campaign performance and making data-driven decisions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and other digital marketing tools.
- Demonstrated success in building and executing LinkedIn outreach and engagement campaigns.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Driven and self-motivated with a passion for connecting with potential clients and partners.
