The Logistics & Account Health Associate plays a dual role in ensuring smooth supply chain operations while safeguarding account compliance. This position involves coordinating shipments, monitoring inventory, generating and reviewing reports, and escalating inaccuracies or compliance risks. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, trainable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where precision, adaptability, and accountability are essential.
Logistics Operations
Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, reconcile discrepancies, and ensure accurate tracking.
Shipment Coordination: Arrange and oversee shipments, ensuring compliance with schedules and regulations.
Documentation Handling: Maintain precise records, including shipping documents, invoices, customs forms, and compliance paperwork.
Vendor & Carrier Communication: Work closely with suppliers, freight forwarders, and warehouse teams to optimize logistics.
Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions to enhance workflow and supply chain efficiency.
Problem-Solving: Address delays, damaged goods, and logistical challenges with proactive solutions.
Account Health & Compliance
Policy Monitoring: Stay updated on Amazon/Walmart compliance requirements, including labeling, shelf life, and documentation standards.
Report Generation & Review: Use Excel and Google Sheets to prepare, validate, and audit reports for accuracy.
Error Escalation: Identify and escalate inaccuracies, risks, or compliance issues to leadership for corrective action.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Account Health and Logistics teams to align operational execution with compliance standards.
Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy in data entry, reporting, and compliance documentation.
Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed coursework in logistics, supply chain management, business, or a related field.
Experience: No prior professional experience required; exposure through school projects, internships, or volunteer work is a plus.
Technical Skills:
Basic knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets (comfortable with data entry, simple formulas, and reporting).
Willingness to learn logistics software and data analysis tools.
Attention to Detail: Careful and accurate in handling documentation, reporting, and compliance tasks.
Trainability: Quick learner with the ability to pick up new processes, tools, and workflows efficiently.
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, follow instructions, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Problem-Solving Ability: Curious mindset with the ability to identify issues and escalate them appropriately; eager to develop strategic thinking skills over time.
Communication Skills: Clear and professional verbal and written communication for team collaboration.
