Job Summary
ARC Technology, a leading electrical solutions provider in Bangladesh, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager, Marketing to lead its marketing efforts and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will develop and implement effective marketing strategies to enhance the company’s brand image, boost customer engagement, and achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
Brand Development: Strengthen the brand presence of ARC Technology in the power and energy sector.
Campaign Management: Design, implement, and evaluate marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
Customer Engagement: To promote business growth, foster relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the marketing team to ensure high performance and creativity.
Budget Management: Prepare and manage the marketing budget effectively.
Reporting: Regularly update senior management on marketing performance and ROI metrics.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in EEE or Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in the power or energy sector.
Strong knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.
Proficiency in digital marketing, SEO, and data analytics tools.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results under deadlines.
