  • Financial Reporting: Design and maintain automated financial dashboards covering P&L, cash flow, and budget variance analysis
  • Advanced Analytics: Perform trend analysis, forecasting, and financial modeling to support business planning
  • Stakeholder Support: Partner with finance teams to deliver ad-hoc analysis for executive decision-making
  • Data Management: Ensure data quality and integrity across financial systems and reporting tools (such as new integrations in the ERP)
  • Process Optimization: Streamline reporting processes and improve analytical efficiency
  • AB testing: ROI and profitability analysis through AB testing to identify impact of business initiatives.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, Enigneering, Statistics, or related field
  • 3+ years experience in business intelligence or financial data analysis
  • Proficiency in SQL, data engineering fundamentals (not required but a major plus) and visualization tools (Power BI, Looker Studio etc.)
  • Strong understanding of financial statements and reporting principles
  • Experience with e-commerce or retail analytics preferred
  • Experience automating workflows and recurring tasks through Agentic AI tools such as Claude, Gemini, Opus etc is a major plus
