We are seeking a high-performing Manager – Supply Chain Finance (Corporate Sales & Partnerships) to drive the growth of our Supply Chain Finance (SCF) portfolio. This is a high-impact commercial role focused on originating, structuring, and closing financing programs with leading corporates and banking partners across Pakistan.
You will work closely with CFOs, Finance Heads, Treasurers, Supply Chain leaders, and banking partners to identify opportunities, onboard corporate anchors, and accelerate adoption of our financing solutions. This role is ideal for a commercially driven professional who combines strong relationship-building skills with a solid understanding of corporate finance, trade finance, and supply chain ecosystems.
Drive the end-to-end sales lifecycle for Supply Chain Finance solutions, from prospecting and pitching to onboarding and program activation.
Build and strengthen relationships with CFOs, Treasurers, Finance Heads, and Supply Chain leaders across Pakistan’s leading corporates.
Identify and onboard new corporate anchors while expanding their supplier, vendor, and transporter ecosystems onto the platform.
Partner with commercial and Supply Chain Finance teams at leading banks to structure and launch financing programs.
Collaborate with internal product, operations, and technology teams to ensure seamless implementation and successful go-live of client programs.
Act as the primary liaison between corporate anchors, banking partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders throughout the client journey.
Monitor onboarding, utilization, and portfolio performance to maximize client adoption, facility utilization, and revenue growth.
Conduct client presentations, stakeholder meetings, and training sessions to drive engagement and long-term success.
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasting and performance reporting.
3–5 years of relevant experience in Corporate Banking, Trade Finance, Supply Chain Finance, Corporate Sales, Business Development, or a top-tier FinTech environment, with a proven ability to manage enterprise client relationships and drive business growth.
Strong understanding of working capital solutions, vendor financing, trade finance products, and corporate cash flow dynamics.
Established network of corporate decision-makers, banking professionals, or industry stakeholders, with the ability to generate new business opportunities and build strategic partnerships.
Professionals with experience in Corporate Banking, Trade Finance, Supply Chain Finance, or top-tier FinTech organizations will be strongly preferred.
Demonstrated success in managing enterprise sales cycles and closing complex B2B deals.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage senior decision-makers and C-suite executives.
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify opportunities, structure solutions, and drive revenue growth.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA will be considered a plus.
