As Edversity scales its programs, communities, partnerships, and global positioning, we are looking for a Marketing & Growth Lead who can own the complete marketing engine and directly support revenue growth.
Role Overview
The Marketing & Growth Lead will be responsible for leading Edversity’s marketing strategy, content direction, cohort campaigns, lead generation planning, brand communication, and marketing execution.
This is a leadership role for someone who understands both brand and sales. The right person should be able to plan campaigns, manage a team, coordinate with sales, understand lead generation, and make sure Edversity’s marketing directly supports admissions and revenue.
You will work closely with the Founder/CEO, sales team, program team, designer, video editor, content team, and performance marketing team.
Key Responsibilities
1) Marketing Strategy and Planning
• Build and manage Edversity’s monthly marketing plan
• Create launch plans for every paid cohort and program
• Define positioning, messaging, and campaign angles for each program
• Plan marketing campaigns for AI, Blockchain, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Cloud, and other future-tech programs
• Create weekly and monthly content calendars across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, WhatsApp, email, and website
• Ensure all marketing activities are connected to lead generation, admissions, and brand growth
• Work with leadership to align marketing with business targets
2) Campaign Management
• Own complete marketing campaigns for each cohort, from announcement to enrollment deadline
• Plan campaign timelines, creative requirements, ad angles, webinar promotions, email flows, WhatsApp broadcasts, and retargeting content
• Coordinate with the Performance Marketing Specialist to ensure campaigns are properly launched and tracked
• Work with sales to understand student objections, lead quality, and conversion issues
• Improve campaign performance based on lead response, sales feedback, and enrollment data
• Ensure every cohort has a clear campaign structure, landing page, ad copy, content plan, webinar plan, and follow-up messaging
3) Content and Brand Leadership
• Lead Edversity’s content direction across social media and digital channels
• Approve content ideas, captions, scripts, carousels, ads, emails, and WhatsApp messages
• Maintain Edversity’s brand voice, quality, and premium positioning
• Build a balance between founder-led content, student-focused content, instructor-led content, program content, and partnership content
• Make LinkedIn more premium, partnership-focused, and industry-focused
• Make Instagram more student-focused, engaging, and community-driven
• Identify strong stories from students, instructors, alumni, partners, and events
• Ensure content is consistent, professional, and conversion-focused
4) Team Management
• Manage the graphic designer, video editor, content/copy team, and performance marketing team
• Give clear briefs to designers and video editors
• Ensure creatives, videos, reels, carousels, ads, and event content are delivered on time
• Maintain a weekly execution tracker for all marketing tasks
• Review team performance and improve workflows
• Make sure the marketing team works with discipline, speed, and ownership
5) Sales and CRM Coordination
• Work closely with the sales/admissions team to understand lead quality and conversion rates
• Review GHL data to track campaign performance
• Understand which campaigns, ads, webinars, and channels are producing paid enrollments
• Build marketing reports around leads, qualified leads, enrollments, cost per lead, cost per enrollment, and revenue contribution
• Use sales objections to create better ads, content, webinars, and follow-up campaigns
• Coordinate WhatsApp and email campaigns for lead nurturing and reactivation
6) Events, Webinars, and Community Marketing
• Plan marketing for weekly free webinars
• Promote workshops, hackathons, campus activities, meetups, and community events
• Coordinate event announcements, speaker promotions, registration campaigns, reminders, live coverage, and post-event content
• Turn events into content, leads, student trust, and brand authority
• Support ambassador, partnership, and community-led campaigns when required
Reporting and Performance
• Prepare weekly marketing reports for leadership
• Track campaign performance, content performance, leads, conversions, and cohort progress
• Identify what is working, what is not working, and what needs to improve
• Present clear next steps every week
• Keep marketing focused on business results, not just activity
Required Skills
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, content, campaigns, and growth
• Ability to connect marketing with sales and revenue
• Strong written communication skills in English and Urdu
• Good understanding of social media platforms, especially Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, WhatsApp, and email
• Ability to manage designers, video editors, content writers, and ad specialists
• Strong campaign planning and execution skills
• Basic understanding of Meta Ads, lead generation, landing pages, funnels, and CRM tracking
• Comfortable using tools such as GHL, Meta Business Suite, Google Sheets, Google Docs, Canva, Notion, Trello, Asana, or similar tools
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple programs at once
• Ability to work independently and take ownership without constant supervision
• Interest in education, technology, startups, AI, Blockchain, Cybersecurity, and youth development
7) Preferred Experience
• 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing, growth, content, or campaign management
• Experience in edtech, education, training, startups, technology, or digital products
• Experience managing paid program launches, lead generation campaigns, webinars, or online communities
• Experience working with sales teams and CRM systems
• Experience managing a small marketing team
• Experience building content calendars and campaign reports
