Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor surveillance systems and review camera footage to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
• Conduct staff screening activities accurately and confidentially, in line with established SOPs
• Ensure all monitoring activities are properly documented and reported to relevant stakeholders
• Identify and escalate any irregularities, breaches, or security concerns in a timely manner
• Support continuous improvement of monitoring processes by providing feedback and suggestions
