WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, pipeline management
- Draft and maintain HR policies, onboarding SOPs, and people operations documentation
- Support org development: culture surveys, engagement tracking, team structure work
- Use Claude to draft JDs, synthesize interview feedback, build onboarding flows, and remove busywork from HR ops
- Handle sensitive employee conversations with discretion, empathy, and follow-through
- You are energized by people, not paperwork
- You build relationships across teams naturally, follow up without being asked
- You understand that HR done right happens in conversations, not inboxes
- You are people-first in the way that is actually hard: you deliver difficult feedback, hold consistency when it is uncomfortable, and follow through every time
- You understand recruitment as a judgment call under uncertainty, not a funnel
- You have used Claude specifically. Not because someone told you to. Because it makes you sharper.
- You write clearly. Policy docs, email responses, interview summaries. Vague writing means vague thinking.
- You find organizational problems interesting, not draining
- Fresh graduate or final year, HR, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Management, or equivalent
- 100% on-site in Lahore, NASTP. No remote. Non-negotiable.
- Evidence of engaging with HR seriously: thesis, project, student body leadership, work experience
- Salary: PKR 50,000 to 60,000/month. Exceptional candidates get exceptional offers. We do not let talent walk over a number.
- 3 month confirmation period leading to a permanent job.
