Key responsibilities
- Welcome visitors and manage the reception area professionally.
- Answer calls, WhatsApp messages and routine business inquiries.
- Maintain records, files, attendance, schedules and office documents.
- Support data entry, printing, scanning, correspondence and daily office coordination.
- Assist with candidate, vendor, rider and service-provider communication.
- Coordinate meetings and provide general administrative support to management.
- Female candidate, preferably based in or near Chichawatni.
- Intermediate qualification required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Good spoken and written Urdu; basic English communication.
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office, email, WhatsApp and routine computer work.
- Presentable, punctual, responsible and able to handle visitors confidently.
- Relevant office or receptionist experience is preferred but capable fresh candidates may apply.
