Key Responsibilities

  • Operations Management: Assist in the daily processing of transactions related to investment settlements (equity, debt, money, and commodity markets), unit issuance and redemption, and corporate actions.
  • Asset Safekeeping: Support the custody and safeguarding of all assets held in trust on behalf of unit holders/participants.
  • Compliance & Reporting: Ensure all activities comply with NBFC Regulations, trust deeds, custodial agreements, and other relevant regulatory requirements. Assist in the preparation of trustee reports and other necessary documentation.
  • Client Facilitation: Liaise with Asset Management Companies (AMCs), Pension Fund Managers (PFMs), and other stakeholders to execute instructions and provide necessary support.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions and asset movements.
  • Monitoring: Support the monitoring of Net Asset Value (NAV) declarations by open-end funds and ensure consistency.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify and escalate operational issues or discrepancies, contributing to their timely resolution.
