- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and timely execution of priorities.
- Assist with HR, operations, and business support activities as required.
- Help monitor ongoing tasks, follow up on action items, and ensure timely completion.
- Maintain accurate documentation, records, and operational reports.
- Provide general coordination and project support across departments as needed.
- Undertake additional responsibilities assigned by management in support of business objectives.
- 6 months to 1 year of professional experience in Operations, HR, Administration, Recruitment, Client Services, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
- Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to build positive working relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
