Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, or Inventory Management roles, preferably within skincare, beauty, retail, or consumer products industries.
- Proven experience managing suppliers, inventory planning, logistics, and operational processes.
- Proven experience managing supplier relationships in China and overseeing end-to-end supply chain and logistics operations.
- Experience with e-commerce and retail operations.
- Strong negotiation, vendor management, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/Inventory Management Systems.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Lead and manage day-to-day business operations to ensure smooth execution.
- Oversee sourcing, supplier management, order placement, and procurement processes to ensure timely product availability.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics partners.
- Monitor inventory levels, demand forecasts, and stock planning to optimize inventory turnover and prevent stock disruptions.
- Coordinate shipments, warehousing, and distribution activities to ensure timely deliveries.
- Track operational KPIs and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Negotiate commercial terms with suppliers and service providers to achieve optimal value and service levels.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Service teams to align operational activities with business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, product specifications, and operational procedures.
- Prepare operational reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management review.
