INTECH Automation Intelligence is seeking a Performance Management Executive to join our Human Resources team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the efficient management of talent, employee engagement, and organizational growth across industries.
You will support the Performance Management Lead in the execution and continuous improvement of Talent Management and Performance Management processes, contributing to a strong talent pipeline and high employee engagement.

What You’ll Lead and Deliver:
- Support the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of performance management systems, tools, processes, and frameworks.
- Coordinate annual and mid-cycle performance review processes, ensuring timely completion, accurate tracking, stakeholder follow-ups, and adherence to defined timelines and procedures.
- Analyze performance and talent management data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards and reports to track company-wide performance and talent metrics and support data-driven decision-making.
- Develop and maintain performance management documentation, including process guidelines, SOPs, FAQs, templates, and other supporting materials.
- Create mock-ups, process flows, and prototypes for new or revised performance management processes to facilitate design, validation, and stakeholder alignment.
- Develop and coordinate employee-facing communications related to performance management, talent management, performance cycles, and related initiatives.
- Support the preparation of executive presentations, management decks, and communication materials related to performance, behavioral, and employee development frameworks.
- Provide project management and operational support to the Performance Management Lead, including tracking deliverables, timelines, action items, and project progress.
- Coordinate with HR, business leaders, managers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of performance and talent management initiatives.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with stakeholders and ensure timely resolution of process-related queries and pending actions.
- Support the implementation of new performance and talent management initiatives, including testing, stakeholder feedback, process refinement, and rollout.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to performance management activities and ensure process governance and consistency across the organization.
- Identify opportunities to improve the employee and manager experience throughout performance management processes and recommend practical enhancements.
To Be Successful in This Role, You Must Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field, with 2–3 years of relevant experience in Performance Management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Word, with hands-on experience in Power BI.
- Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with employees, managers, and stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience or strong working knowledge of performance management systems, tools, processes, and performance review cycles.
- Ability to develop process mock-ups, flowcharts, and prototypes to support the design and implementation of new or enhanced performance management initiatives.
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to develop clear employee communications, internal announcements, guidelines, and supporting documentation.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage timelines, stakeholder follow-ups, action items, and multiple activities simultaneously.
- Proactive, self-driven, and detail-oriented, with a willingness to learn and contribute to continuous process improvement.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment and collaborate with stakeholders at different levels of the organization.
