We are seeking a highly analytical and results-oriented Performance Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid digital campaigns across channels like Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and programmatic platforms, with a strong focus on ROI and customer acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, implement, and manage performance marketing campaigns across digital channels
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and optimize for conversions and ROI
- Conduct A/B testing for creatives, landing pages, and audience segments
- Collaborate with design and content teams to create compelling ad creatives
- Manage budgets and forecast spend to maximize efficiency
- Track KPIs such as CAC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates
- Prepare detailed performance reports and insights for senior management
- Stay updated with the latest trends in paid media, analytics, and digital marketing technologies
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, preferably in [your industry]
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, etc.)
- Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics and KPIs
- Excellent analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
