AURMAK is looking for a Project Manager / Delivery Lead to keep project delivery visible, structured, and moving. This role sits between the delivery team and senior leadership team, combining project management, team coordination, Jira ownership, delivery reporting, and day-to-day operational administration across Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, users, and permissions.

Core Responsibilities

• Manage project delivery across client work and internal initiatives.
• Act as the key bridge between delivery teams and the senior leadership team.
• Maintain clear project plans, timelines, priorities, risks, dependencies, and status updates.
• Own Jira setup, boards, tickets, workflows, sprint tracking, and delivery reporting.
• Coordinate team workloads, follow-ups, blockers, handovers, and delivery commitments.
• Prepare structured leadership updates covering progress, risks, blockers, and decisions required.
• Support onboarding and offboarding tasks, including new user setup in Microsoft 365.
• Manage access requests, permissions, SharePoint structure, Teams channels, and related operational administration.
• Maintain documentation, meeting notes, action logs, project records, and internal process visibility.
  
  

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in project coordination, project management, delivery management, or operations.
• Strong experience using Jira or similar project management tools.
• Comfortable managing software, SaaS, digital, or technology delivery projects.
• Confident coordinating developers, designers, commercial teams, and senior leadership.
• Excellent organisation, follow-up discipline, and written/verbal English communication.
• Able to translate technical progress into clear business updates for leadership.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 administration, SharePoint, Teams, users, groups, and permissions.
• Proactive, reliable, structured, and comfortable taking ownership across multiple priorities.
