We're looking for a detail-oriented QA Assistant to support our Quality Assurance team in monitoring, evaluating, and improving the quality of customer interactions and internal processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate the quality of customer interactions and internal processes
• Ensure compliance with client standards, company policies, and service-level agreements (SLAs)
• Analyze data, identify trends, and document findings clearly
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the QA function
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity
• Maintain objective, fair, and consistent evaluations across interactions
• Collaborate with teams while also managing tasks independently
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 Year of experience in a BPO or call center environment (Mandatory)
• Prior experience in Quality Assurance, quality monitoring, or auditing preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to evaluate interactions objectively
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace, particularly Excel/Sheets
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Quality-driven mindset with a continuous improvement focus
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced BPO environment
