About The Role
We’re hiring a React Native Developer to join our in-house team at Exeonic in Faisalabad. This is a full-time, in-office position where you'll play a key role in the development and maintenance of high-quality mobile applications. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to build apps that deliver exceptional user experiences, from architecture to deployment.
Salary Range: PKR 45,000–500,000 (Based on experience & performance)

What We’re Looking For
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), closures, and functional programming concepts
- Deep expertise in React Native, including components, navigation, native modules, and state management (Redux, Context API)
- Proven experience in building and deploying production-ready React Native applications
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and mobile development best practices
- Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Passion for continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends
- Experience with TypeScript
- Familiarity with native iOS/Android development
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Contributions to open-source projects
- Architect, design, and develop complex features in React Native applications
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
- Collaborate with designers and product managers to bring UI/UX designs to life
- Conduct and participate in code reviews, offering constructive feedback
- Mentor junior developers and support teams on knowledge sharing
- Stay current with the latest in React Native and mobile development
- Help improve overall development workflows and best practices
