Role Summary
The Regional Manager – Cloud Sales is responsible for driving Enterprise Solutions revenue and market share in Cloud, ICT, and Cyber Security solutions within the assigned region. This role leads regional sales teams, manages strategic enterprise accounts, and ensures delivery of revenue, profitability, and customer retention targets by positioning JazzWorld as a trusted digital transformation partner for enterprise customers.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Lead Cloud, ICT & Cyber Security sales for Enterprise Solutions across the region, ensuring achievement/exceeding of revenue targets through acquisition, upselling, and cross-selling of solutions.
- Drive adoption of Jazz’s cloud portfolio (IaaS, SaaS, DRaaS, hosting) and managed cybersecurity services (SOC, SIEM, endpoint security, network security etc).
- Manage and grow key enterprise and private sector accounts by identifying opportunities for digital transformation, cloud migration, and security modernization.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and accurate forecasting aligned with regional and national targets.
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Cloud Sales Consultants (CSCs)
- Enhance team capability in consultative selling, cloud solutions, and cybersecurity offerings through continuous coaching and enablement.
- Drive a high-performance culture with clear KPIs, accountability, and alignment to Jazz Business objectives.
Strategic Market Development
- Identify market opportunities in Pakistan’s enterprise segment, including BFSI, private sector, and large corporates, for cloud and cybersecurity adoption.
- Monitor competitor offerings (local & global CSPs, system integrators) and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with Product and Pre-Sales teams to design & stitch solutions combining cloud, Cybersecurity & managed services.
- Contribute to GTM strategies, pricing models, and product enhancements based on regional insights.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Jazz internal teams including Product Development, Pre-Sales, Cloud Solutions, Cybersecurity Operations, CVM, and Service Delivery.
- Ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery for enterprise customers, maintaining high service quality and SLA adherence.
- Support execution of national and regional campaigns promoting Jazz Business cloud and cybersecurity solutions.
Reporting & Compliance
- Deliver regular reporting on sales performance, pipeline health, and revenue forecasts to senior management.
- Ensure adherence to Jazz policies, PTA regulations, data protection laws, and cybersecurity compliance standards.
Requirements
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Experience: 7–12+ years of experience in ICT, cloud, or cybersecurity sales, preferably within telecom or technology sectors.
- Proven track record of managing enterprise accounts and delivering revenue growth in B2B environments.
- Experience in solution selling, large deal management, and stakeholder engagement across complex organizations.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Deep understanding of cloud ecosystems (e.g., AWS, Azure), managed services, and cybersecurity solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive stakeholder management skills.
- Strong commercial acumen with ability to develop value-driven ICT solutions.
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret market trends and customer needs.
- Customer-centric approach with strong collaboration across technical and commercial teams.
