Research & Data Associate

ReplyWorks is a B2B cold email and outbound agency working with clients in the US and other international markets.

We are looking for a Research & Data Associate to join our team in Rawalpindi. We need a detail-oriented and motivated person to support our research, data, outreach and social media work.

What you will do:

• Do online research to find targeted leads

• Collect accurate and relevant data

• Do precise data entry and keep lead databases organized

• Collect, verify and regularly update contact information

• Create social media content and design posts

• Help plan and manage our social media content strategy

• Help with other day-to-day tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (preferably in Marketing or Graphic Design)

• 1-2 years of experience preferred (lead generation experience is a plus)

• Experience in social media content creation, post design and strategy

• Strong research skills, tech-savvy and high attention to detail

What we offer:

• Salary: PKR 40,000 - 60,000 per month

• Hands-on training in lead generation and B2B outreach

• Exposure to international clients

Job details:

• Job Type: Full-time, On-site

• Location: Innovista Rawal, DHA Phase 1, Rawalpindi

• Days: Monday to Saturday (flexible hours)
