We are seeking a skilled Ruby on Rails Developer to join our dynamic development team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining web applications using Ruby on Rails, while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain scalable web applications using Ruby on Rails.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to define application requirements and functionality.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, following best practices and coding standards.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications, ensuring optimal performance.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to enhance our development practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience for at 2 Years as a Ruby on Rails Developer or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Ruby, Rails framework, and associated technologies (e.g., RESTful APIs, Active Record).
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js) is a plus.
• Experience with database management systems (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL).
• Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Understanding of Agile development methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Heroku).
• Familiarity with test-driven development (TDD) and behavior-driven development (BDD).
• Knowledge of Docker and containerization technologies
