About The Role
We are looking for a Sales Training Data Analyst to sit at the intersection of data, sales operations, and people development. This is a role where you will aggregate and interpret data across our entire Training & Development ecosystem, from onboarding batches and QA scorecards to live call performance and CRM activity.

We are looking for a Sales Training Data Analyst to sit at the intersection of data, sales operations, and people development. This is a role where you will aggregate and interpret data across our entire Training & Development ecosystem, from onboarding batches and QA scorecards to live call performance and CRM activity.
What You Will Do
- Aggregate and analyze data across all training and sales performance sources
- Identify performance gaps at the individual, cohort, and team level
- Build weekly and monthly dashboards and reports for the T&D function and senior leadership
- Present your findings directly, with clear recommendations, not just numbers
- Collaborate with Training Specialists to prioritize where interventions are most needed
- Track the impact of training programs over time and measure whether they are actually moving the needle
- Flag early warning signals, reps at risk, cohorts falling behind, and patterns in call quality decline
- 3+ years in a data analyst role, preferably in sales, revenue operations, or a related function
- Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; pivot tables, dashboards, and advanced formulas
- Experience pulling and structuring data from CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Zoho
- Ability to build reports from scratch, not just maintain existing templates
- Naturally translates data into clear, non-technical narratives for varied audiences
- Comfortable working independently and taking initiative without a fully defined problem
- Experience in a SaaS, BPO, or inside sales environment is a strong advantage
- SQL or basic Python is a plus, not required
- Familiarity with Aircall or similar call intelligence platforms is a bonus
