POSITION OVERVIEW
The Security, Health & Safety & Administrative Executive will be responsible for supporting security, health & safety, administrative, and protocol-related activities while ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements. The role requires strong coordination, documentation, stakeholder engagement, and governance capabilities, along with the ability to operate in confidential and sensitive environments.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide administrative, protocol, and operational support on security, health & safety, and governance-related matters.
- Coordinate with Law Enforcement Agencies (LEAs), public offices, stakeholders, and external entities as required.
- Support the implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of security measures and compliance practices.
- Ensure confidentiality and maintain appropriate controls for handling sensitive information and documentation.
- Manage and support Health & Safety initiatives in line with ISO standards and organizational requirements.
- Conduct or assist in awareness sessions, training programs, audits, and inspections related to security, health & safety, and compliance.
- Utilize AI tools and digital technologies to enhance reporting, documentation, and administrative efficiency.
- Prepare minutes of meetings (MoMs), official correspondence, reports, and maintain accurate records.
- Develop professional presentations, briefing documents, and PowerPoint decks for internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor relevant developments within the domestic, regional, and global geopolitical landscape and provide insights where applicable.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of security protocols, administrative governance, and confidentiality requirements.
- Knowledge of Health & Safety frameworks and ISO-based compliance standards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to draft professional documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Familiarity with AI tools and digital productivity platforms.
- Strong stakeholder management, coordination, and reporting capabilities.
- Preferred Experience
- Experience working on security, health & safety, administration, public sector, advisory, or government-related projects.
- Exposure to coordination with public offices, regulatory bodies, or law enforcement agencies.
- Experience conducting audits, inspections, awareness sessions, or compliance reviews.
- Understanding of domestic, regional, and global geopolitical environments.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Security Management, Social Sciences, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in Health & Safety, Security Management, ISO Standards, or Compliance Management will be considered an advantage.
- 2–5 years of relevant professional experience in security, administration, governance, compliance, or related functions.
