Grade: Band-5 to Band-3

Location: Lahore

Job Responsibilities

:

• To manage timely validation and processing of all financial & non- inancial requests of customers.
• To manage the CBC for BANCA Insurance are carried out timely.
• To ensure that the productivity of all team members according to the define parameters in PSM.
• To manage CCTV cameras access in order to view and retrieve recording if required.
• To effectively communicate bank policies, processes, product initiatives and promotions to team members and ensure their timely compliance.
• To held review sessions with Team Members based on both correspondence and call evaluations.
• Adherence to the policy of Bank of Punjab.
• Adherence to the SBP Prudential and other Regulations.
  
  

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification: Minimum Bachelor`s or equivalent degree from an HEC recognized local/ foreign university.

Experience: Minimum 9 to 12 years of experience. Preference will be given to candidates having 5 years of relevant banking experience.

Age: Up to 55 years as of June 12, 2026.
