ABOUT THE ROLE

UP Commerce is a fast-growing Amazon brand-growth agency. We partner with brands across the UK, US, and international marketplaces to drive profitable growth through data-driven PPC strategy, listing optimization, and full Seller Central management.

We are looking for a results-focused Senior Amazon PPC Manager to join our onsite team in Johar Town, Lahore.

POSITION DETAILS

Position: Senior Amazon PPC Manager

Employment Type: Full-Time, Onsite

Location: Johar Town, Lahore, Pakistan

Work Schedule: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM (PKT)

Salary Package: PKR 100,000 – 150,000 per month (based on experience)

Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in a formal employment setting

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Plan, launch, and optimize Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns across Amazon UK, US, and EU marketplaces

Conduct keyword research, bid management, and search-term analysis to maximize ROAS and minimize ACoS

Build and maintain well-structured campaigns at portfolio, campaign, ad group, and keyword levels

Perform regular audits and deliver data-driven recommendations and monthly performance reports

Collaborate with listing optimization and account management teams to align strategy

Monitor competitor activity and identify growth opportunities within the Amazon ecosystem

Stay current with Amazon advertising updates, features, and industry best practices

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

3+ years of hands-on Amazon PPC management experience in formal employment

Proven track record managing large-scale ad budgets with measurable results

Proficiency with Seller Central, Amazon Ads Console, and third-party PPC tools

Strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency with Excel and Google Sheets

Understanding of Amazon SEO and how it complements paid advertising strategy

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Comfortable working evening hours (5:00 PM – 2:00 AM PKT)
