Our client The Bank of Punjab (BOP) is looking for a Senior Manager, Digital Lending - Loan Management Solutions in Lahore

Job Summary / Major Responsibilities

:

• Lead design, development, and maintenance of enterprise banking applications.
• Manage teams of mobile and backend developers across multiple projects.
• Define technical architecture, coding standards, and development best practices.
• Oversee development of native Android/iOS applications and backend APIs/services.
• Ensure secure, scalable, and high-performance application delivery.
• Collaborate with business, compliance, cybersecurity, and infrastructure teams.
• Review system designs, technical documents, and deployment strategies.
• Monitor project timelines, resource allocation, and delivery quality.
• Ensure applications comply with banking security and regulatory standards.
• Mentor development teams and drive technical excellence.
  
  

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification: Minimum Bachelor\\\'s or equivalent degree from an HEC recognized local/foreign university.

Experience: Minimum 7 to 9 years of banking/non-banking experience.

Age: Up to 55 Years as of June 20th, 2026.
