Our client Spark AI is hiring a Senior Product Manager - Cybersecurity Solutions in Lahore.

About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager with a strong background in cybersecurity product development to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of our security solutions. The role involves close collaboration with engineering, security research, and design teams to build products that solve real-world security challenges, while driving agile delivery through efficient sprint planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap and strategy for one or more cybersecurity product lines
• Translate customer and market needs into clear product requirements and user stories
• Plan, prioritize, and manage sprints in collaboration with engineering teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery
• Collaborate cross-functionally with security researchers, engineers, sales, and customer success teams to align on priorities
• Define and track KPIs/OKRs to measure product success and adoption
• Stay current on the cybersecurity threat landscape and competitive product offerings
• Leverage AI tools to streamline product research, documentation, backlog grooming, and reporting
  
  
  

Required Experience

• 3-5+ years of Product Management experience, with at least 2 years focused on cybersecurity or security-adjacent products
• Hands-on experience (product, technical, or domain expertise) in one or more of the following areas:
• SIEM (Security Information and Event Management)
• Endpoint Security
• Security Configuration Management
• Malicious Binary / Malware Detection
• Privileged Access Management (PAM) Solutions
• Vulnerability Management, Cloud Security, IAM, etc.)
• Proven track record of managing agile sprints and backlogs efficiently
• Strong proficiency with product management and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Trello, Notion, Confluence, or similar
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate product vision to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Notion AI, etc.) to improve productivity across research, documentation, and workflow management
  
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience collaborating with SOC analysts, security engineers, or threat researchers
• Familiarity with security frameworks and standards (MITRE ATT&CK, NIST, CIS Controls, etc.)
• Experience with data-driven product decision-making and analytics tools
• Certifications such as CSPO, CSM, or relevant cybersecurity certifications (Security+, CISSP, etc.) are a plus
