Our client The Bank of Punjab (BOP) is looking for a Senior Relationship Manager - Corporate Banking (Central I) in Lahore

Location: Lahore

Grade: Band-7 to Band-5

Job Summary / Major Responsibilities

:

• Strengthen and deepen relationships with existing targeted clients while developing new client relationships.
• Achieve all allocated business targets as per assigned KPIs.
• Provide financial suggestions to existing and prospective clients and cross-sell all products of the bank.
• Prepare and process credit proposals/renewals for assigned relationships in conformity with SBP Prudential Regulations and Head Office guidelines.
• Carry out financial analysis and credit risk assessment in conformity with the Bank\'s policy and SBP Prudential Regulations.
• Proactively monitor the assigned portfolio to identify deteriorating credit situations and early warning signals, and take timely corrective action to prevent NPLs.
• Target marketing identification to maximize the bank\'s business.
• Complete all pre- and post-sanction/disbursement formalities.
• Maintain close liaison with corporate branches to ensure prompt and efficient service for corporate facilities.
• Monitor compliance with the terms and conditions of approved credit packages.
• Ensure timely recovery of installments, mark-up, and other bank charges.
• Conduct periodical business calls to customers.
• Prepare MIS statements/reports as required by Senior Management.
• Maintain credit files as per Bank policy.
• Rectify related audit objections.
  
  

Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification: Minimum MBA or relevant degree from HEC recognized local/ foreign university/ institute.

Experience: Min. 5 to 10 Years of experience in Corporate / Investment Banking.

Age: Up to 35 years as of Aug 06, 2026.
