Senior Research Executive

We're looking for a Research Executive to lead and manage research projects end-to-end - from proposal design and instrument development through data analysis and client presentation. You'll translate complex data into clear, actionable insights, manage client relationships directly, and deliver high-quality outputs that drive real business decisions. This role requires someone who can own projects independently, work across quantitative and qualitative methodologies, and communicate findings with confidence.

What you'll do

• Manage small to medium-scale research projects independently, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards
• Design research instruments — questionnaires and discussion guides — aligned with client objectives and sampling frameworks
• Oversee data processing, validation, and interpretation to develop insight-driven reports and presentations
• Integrate quantitative, qualitative, and secondary data sources to build comprehensive, actionable insights
• Present findings directly to clients and provide practical recommendations with clarity and confidence
• Guide junior team members on project coordination and analysis, and support proposal development and client pitches

What we're looking for

• Proven experience managing research projects end-to-end with full ownership of timelines, quality, and client delivery
• Strong analytical skills across quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
• Ability to design research instruments and sampling frameworks aligned to client objectives
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills — comfortable presenting insights to senior stakeholders
• Client-facing experience with the ability to build relationships and manage expectations proactively
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy across all research deliverables
