We are looking for a skilled and results-driven SEO Specialist with hands-on experience in On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, and Technical SEO to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving organic visibility, increasing search engine rankings, driving qualified traffic, and implementing comprehensive SEO strategies across our websites.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic traffic and search engine rankings.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Optimize website content, meta titles, meta descriptions, headings, internal linking, and URL structures following SEO best practices.
  • Create and manage content optimization strategies for landing pages, blogs, and royalty-free stock images, vectors, illustrations, and digital assets.
  • Perform technical SEO audits and resolve issues related to crawling, indexing, Core Web Vitals, site speed, structured data, XML sitemaps, robots.txt, canonical tags, redirects, and duplicate content.
  • Plan and execute off-page SEO campaigns, including backlink outreach, digital PR, guest posting, and link-building strategies.
  • Monitor website performance using Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and other SEO tools, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, backlinks, and technical health, creating regular SEO performance reports.
  • Develop SEO roadmaps, define KPIs, and implement strategies for continuous organic growth.
  • Stay updated with the latest search engine algorithm updates, SEO trends, AI search, and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with developers, designers, and content teams to ensure SEO is integrated into all website updates and new content.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
  • 3+ years of proven experience in SEO with expertise in On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Rank Math, and other SEO tools.
  • Solid understanding of website architecture, crawling, indexing, schema markup, Core Web Vitals, JavaScript SEO, and website performance optimization.
  • Experience in backlink acquisition, outreach campaigns, and link profile management.
  • Ability to perform comprehensive SEO audits and implement data-driven recommendations.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering measurable SEO results.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms.
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Knowledge of image SEO, entity SEO, AI search optimisation, and content strategy.
  • Experience working with eCommerce, SaaS, or digital asset marketplaces is a plus.
