Position Purpose:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Social Media Executive to manage social media accounts for a variety of clients across different industries. The ideal candidate will research client businesses, create relevant content, coordinate with internal teams, manage publishing schedules, monitor account performance, and ensure all work is delivered according to company processes and quality standards.
Education & Professional Qualification:
- Degree(s)/Major(s): Bachelors or Masters in a relevant field from a reputed local/foreign University.
- Certification(s): Not mandatory but certification in social media marketing is a plus.
Experience:
- Minimum 1 year+ of proven working experience in a related field.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the manager with onboarding new clients by creating social media accounts, obtaining account access, and optimizing profiles.
- Research client businesses, industries, competitors, and target audiences to create relevant content.
- Plan, create, and maintain monthly social media content calendars.
- Develop content ideas based on seasonal trends, holidays, weather, and marketing campaigns.
- Write engaging, brand-specific captions for social media posts.
- Design social media graphics, carousels, reels, blog images, and other visual content using Canva or similar tools.
- Manage the complete content creation process from concept to final publication.
- Schedule and publish content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Pinterest, and other supported platforms.
- Promote blogs, website updates, and marketing campaigns through social media.
- Maintain and update social media profiles, branding, and business information.
- Handle client content approvals where required.
- Perform quality assurance checks to ensure content accuracy, branding consistency, and publishing quality.
- Monitor scheduled posts and resolve publishing issues when necessary.
- Organize and maintain client assets, content calendars, and project folders.
- Good understanding of major social media platforms and their best practices.
- Strong research skills with the ability to understand different industries, businesses, and target audiences.
- Experience designing social media graphics using Canva or similar design tools.
- Comfortable using AI tools to improve productivity and content creation.
- Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, etc.).
- Good understanding of branding and the ability to maintain brand consistency.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong interpersonal skills.
