Software Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and test software applications using Java, Python, and C++ to meet business requirements and industry standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements, using Agile and Scrum methodologies to ensure efficient project delivery
• Utilize Git, Jenkins, Azure, and AWS to manage and deploy software applications, ensuring seamless integration and deployment
• Lead and participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and guidance to team members to improve code quality and adherence to best practices
• Troubleshoot and debug complex software issues, using problem-solving skills and teamwork to resolve problems efficiently
• Communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, providing clear and concise updates on project progress and status
• Mentor and guide junior team members, promoting a culture of knowledge sharing, teamwork, and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have at least 1 year of experience in software development, with a strong foundation in Java, Python, and C++. You should also be proficient in Agile and Scrum methodologies, with experience using Git, Jenkins, Azure, and AWS. Excellent problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills are essential, with the ability to lead and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, experience with additional programming languages and technologies would be an asset. Certification in software development or a related field would also be beneficial. Fluency in English is preferred, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
