ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Strategy Lead (Pak/KSA) to play a key role in driving strategic planning, growth initiatives, fundraising, and investor relations to support the company’s expansion and performance goals for both KSA & Pakistan. This role combines strategic thinking with analytical execution, ensuring that data-driven insights translate into actionable business outcomes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As part of the role, you will:
- Support the development and implementation of COLABS’ long-term strategic plans, including national & international expansion initiatives and new business opportunities.
- Conduct business and market analysis to evaluate growth opportunities, pricing strategies, and new product or service initiatives.
- Monitor and assess company performance against KPIs and market benchmarks to inform decision-making.
- Prepare presentations and analytical reports for senior management, the Board of Directors, and investors.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to evaluate strategic decisions and investment opportunities.
- Perform detailed financial and operational analyses - including profitability, cost-benefit, and scenario modeling - to drive business performance.
- Develop performance dashboards and reports, highlighting key insights for management.
- Recommend actions to improve financial efficiency and operational effectiveness.
- Conduct market, competitor, and trend analysis to identify risks, opportunities, and potential strategic partnerships.
- Provide actionable insights on pricing, client expectations, and market demand to maximize revenue potential.
- Support in building data-backed business cases for new initiatives or expansions.
- Partner with Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Finance teams to align business goals and track progress.
- Ensure financial and operational plans are integrated with day-to-day execution across departments.
- Support investor relations by providing analytical input, data, and materials for investor communications.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reporting accuracy, and decision-making.
- Develop and refine policies, playbooks, and SOPs for strategic and operational execution.
- Track and support initiatives that enhance customer experience and business performance.
WHAT OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD LOOK LIKE:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years in strategy, financial planning, consulting, or corporate development.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills - comfortable working with senior stakeholders.
- Strong business acumen, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Knowledge of Pakistan & KSA's real estate, coworking, or service industry landscape is a plus.
