Job Identification

We are looking for a Supply Chain Associate to be part of our Supply Chain Team in Gujranwala.


What We Expect

  • Warehouse Operations at the respective location/Shift.
  • Coordinating and supporting Warehouse Managers for stock transfer activity of Finished Goods/RM.
  • Efficient services to our entire customers, like procurement/production/quality/sales and transport contractors.
  • To manage required inventory levels at the respective warehouse.
  • To ensure the counting and reconciliation of all filled stocks produced/received from other plants as well, including empties and RM.
  • To ensure efficient off-loading of vehicles from distributors / other plants / raw materials suppliers.
  • To support the warehouse manager to meet business KPI’s related to Warehouse operations.
  • To effectively control product losses/damages (wastages) & Shortages as per set standards during product storage/handling.
  • To ensure maximum space utilization by using best warehouse practices and product stacking as well.
  • To ensure efficient utilization of allocated head-count resources.
  • To ensure 100 % execution of the product transfer plan daily
  • To ensure implementation of FEFO in all warehouses.
  • To comply with SOPs to control Material/Product wastages inside the warehouse.
  • To ensure the sharing of the Filled Stock Aging Report to all concerned at least once a week.
  • To ensure execution of business strategies built in the territory’s business Plan for the year.
  • Coordination with the sales department to know sales plans / future requirements.
  • Coordination with procurement and stores for incoming materials handling and storage.
  • Effective management of forklift trucks and haulage vehicles utilization to reduce freight cost.
  • To ensure shift-wise handing / taking over, duly signed, and identification of differences, if any.
  • To ensure SAP / OWMS / OTM updating and reconciliation are performed regularly.
  • To manage 3rd party labour requirements as per business needs daily.
  • To manage the 3rd party transport contractor as per business needs daily.
  • To ensure good GMP all around.
  • To manage shift operations as per business requirements during peak / off season.
  • Effective use of Fork Lift trucks allocated in his area for smooth operation.
  • To ensure HSE standards and best warehouse practices in warehouse operations
  • To ensure implementation/monitoring of 02% RGB guidelines at all warehouse facilities.
  • To ensure recording of VTAT daily, analyse and take corrective action to improve.
  • To ensure smooth production operation in serving sound empties, wooden pallets, PS, and other materials as per requirements.
  • Assignments by seniors
  • Business innovation & cost saving initiatives
  • Supporting & facilitating other departments in achieving their targets.
  • Implementation of Quality, Food Safety, and HSE management system.
  • Efficient Inventory Management of Raw / Packaging Material, fleet stores, and other general items along with strong coordination of the warehouse manager.
  • Manage 3PL contractors to meet the requirements of the warehouse function.
  • Create opportunities and resources to answer development needs and training necessities of his staff.
  • To ensure compliance of all WH-related SOPs.
