Technical Architect

Looking for a highly skilled Solution Architect to design, develop, and implement scalable technology solutions that align with our business goals. You will play a key role in analysing complex requirements, creating architectural blueprints, and guiding development teams through project lifecycles. The ideal candidate is both technically proficient and business-savvy, with strong experience in leading enterprise-level projects, particularly within Agile Key Roles and Responsibilities

• • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective technical solutions.
  • Design scalable, robust, and secure architecture that aligns with organizational strategies.
  • Lead solution design sessions, prepare architecture documents, and ensure cross-team alignment.
  • Provide hands-on support and quick decision-making for development teams throughout project sprints.
  • Ensure architectural solutions support continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
  • Oversee system integration across platforms including cloud, on-premise, and third-party applications.
  • Lead the selection of appropriate technology stacks and ensure compliance with enterprise standards.
  • Manage system configuration, data migration, and performance tuning (if applicable).
  • Conduct risk assessments and establish mitigation strategies for technical and project risks.
  • Ensure all solutions are aligned with security, scalability, and best practice guidelines.
  • Support Agile processes, participate in sprint planning, and facilitate architectural evolution.
  • Document solution designs, update system architecture repositories, and support knowledge sharing.

Required Qualifications

• • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Solution Architect (minimum 5 years preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of solution design, enterprise architecture principles, and system integration.
  • Experience in Agile methodologies and familiarity with Scrum, SAFe, or Kanban frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Solid understanding of security, scalability, and performance optimization.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• • Certifications in TOGAF, AWS/Azure Solution Architecture
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools like Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, etc.
