We are currently seeking a highly organised and proactive Virtual Assistant to join our remote team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, capable of providing comprehensive administrative support to our team and ensuring our operations run smoothly. Key Responsibilities

Provide high-level administrative support to our management and medical billing teams.
Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate internal and external meetings across different time zones.
Handle email correspondence and communications with professionalism and discretion.
Prepare and format reports, presentations, and other important documents.
Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate and up-to-date records within our company systems.
Assist with client onboarding processes and maintain clear communication channels.
Conduct research and undertake various administrative tasks as required to support the team.

Qualifications and Skills

Proven experience working as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role.
Exceptional organisational, planning, and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other standard office software.
The ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote environment.
A strong sense of discretion and the ability to handle confidential information.
A reliable high-speed internet connection and a suitable home office setup.
Previous experience in the healthcare or medical billing industry is highly desirable but not essential.
Familiarity with working across US time zones would be a significant advantage.
