Warehouse Executive

The Executive - Warehouse (Dispatch & Routing) is responsible for managing the dispatch operations from the warehouse, including route planning for multiple centers and handling system-generated reports. This role ensures that goods are dispatched in a timely and efficient manner, with optimal route planning to minimize costs and maximize delivery accuracy.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Plan, schedule, and coordinate all dispatch activities to ensure timely delivery to centers.

2. Develop optimal routes for delivery trucks to ensure cost-efficient and timely dispatch.

3. Generate and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports on dispatch activities, including delivery times, route efficiency, and cost tracking.

4. Communicate daily dispatch plans with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.

5. Ensure that all dispatch activities comply with safety regulations and company policies.

6. Address and resolve any issues related to dispatch delays, route deviations, or vehicle breakdowns.

7. Supervise the dispatch and routing team, providing guidance and ensuring team alignment with dispatch objectives.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in warehouse dispatch, logistics coordination, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of routing, fleet management, and inventory/dispatch systems.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills with good command of MS Excel and data tracking tools.
• Strong communication and team leadership abilities, with the capacity to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
