Key Responsibilities
- Write clear, engaging, and on-brand scripts for video content, promotional material, social media reels, and ads
- Collaborate with the content, creative, and marketing teams to bring ideas to life
- Revise and refine scripts based on feedback from senior writers and creative leads
- Research topics, trends, and audience preferences to craft relevant narratives
- Ensure all content aligns with the brand's tone, voice, and messaging guidelines
- Assist senior scriptwriters and creative directors in larger productions and campaigns
- Maintain organized documentation of scripts, drafts, and revisions
- Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Media Studies, English, Journalism, or a related field
- 0–2 years of experience in scriptwriting, content writing, or a related role
- Basic understanding of video production flow and how scripts translate on screen
- Ability to take direction and implement feedback constructively from senior team members
- A portfolio or writing samples demonstrating creative ability (even academic or personal projects are welcome)
- Hands-on mentorship from senior scriptwriters and creative leads
- A creative, growth-focused work environment
