High Tech Minds, a premier sole proprietorship based in Lahore, Pakistan, is seeking a skilled Zendesk Developer with strong expertise in customer support systems, APIs, and front-end technologies. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in developing, customizing, and integrating Zendesk solutions tailored for the accounting industry. If you’re passionate about problem-solving and creating seamless support experiences, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain Zendesk applications and workflows.
• Integrate Zendesk with other business tools and accounting software via APIs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Optimize customer support operations through automation and efficient configurations.
• Create and maintain documentation of processes, workflows, and integrations.
• Stay up to date with industry best practices, Zendesk updates, and related technologies.
  
  

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Zendesk development.
• Proficiency in APIs, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Strong understanding of the accounting industry and its software requirements.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Experience with customer support tools and software integrations.
• Familiarity with Agile methodology and project management tools.
