INTECH Automation Intelligence is seeking a Admin Officer to join our General Administration team. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and office management. What You’ll Lead And Deliver
- Develop and implement periodic office maintenance plans, manage office procurement and supplies, and handle vendor relationships.
- Develop and oversee office safety and security protocols, including the maintenance of fire extinguishers and smoke detectors.
- Manage the office equipment and goods store, ensuring proper inventory and organization.
- Oversee the smooth operation of the office employees' mess/lunch facilities.
- Manage office power and electricity, including generators, and ensure the efficient functioning of air-conditioning systems.
- Contribute to the development and management of the annual budget and implement cost control measures.
- Manage EOBI (Employees' Old-Age Benefits Institution) processes and employee medical management.
- Provide support for official guests and company events, ensuring seamless arrangements.
- Take responsibility for office refreshment arrangements, including tea, coffee, and water.
- Manage both international and local courier services, ensuring efficient handling and record-keeping.
- Process utility bills, vendor invoices, and manage petty cash transactions accurately.
- Manage official cellular accounts, PTCL lines, and related communication services.
- Oversee the management of office printing and stationery supplies.
- Liaise with government departments and handle routine legal administrative matters.
- Be responsible for managing annual contracts with vendors and stakeholders.
- Oversee the procurement and stock management of employee safety kits (specifically for engineers).
- Manage office vehicles, including maintenance schedules and insurance.
- Handle office annual general insurance policies.
- Ensure compliance with established office policies and procedures.
To Be Successful in This Role, You Must Have:
- Proven prior work experience in an Admin Officer, Admin Executive, or similar administrative management role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to foster positive and healthy employee relations.
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Graduate/Master's/MBA/MPA or a relevant degree.
- Minimum of 4 to 6 years of relevant experience.
