Your Mission: Day to Day Responsibilities

  • Sales & Marketing Alignment: Bridge sales, PPC, supply chain, and marketing teams (DTC, TikTok, Email) to craft unified strategies.
  • Demand Planning: Balance sales goals with inventory by refining demand forecasting and collaborating with supply chain experts.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Ensure smooth logistics, timely reordering, and stock availability for upcoming campaigns.
  • PPC Management: Align PPC campaigns with broader goals, using data to guide both marketing and inventory decisions.
  • Client Communication: Be the go-to contact for clients—providing updates on campaigns, inventory, and key strategies.
  • Accountability: Hold all departments accountable for meeting targets and delivering on strategy.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Track and analyze sales, inventory, and marketing data to refine strategies.
  • Project Management: Oversee and manage timelines, ensuring all initiatives meet deadlines and brand goals.

Your Toolbox: Skills to be Successful

  • 3-5 years of Amazon supply chain and PPC management.
  • Solid demand planning and forecasting expertise.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams (Supply Chain, PPC, Marketing).
  • Strong client management and communication skills.
  • Data-driven approach to problem-solving and strategy adjustments.
  • Organized, self-starter with strong project management abilities.
